Our point of departure is the current situation of people, the organisation and the business. We start by defining clear and if possible quantitative goals. Next we plan a process to achieve these goals. Once the process has commenced we regularly monitor progress towards the goals and we keep going, with adjustments if necessary, until the goals are reached.
