For each assignment we work with our customer to define the best recruitment strategy in which we always combine a number of different methods of attracting the best candidates. During the recruitment process we therefore deal with candidates who are already active in the job market.

Consultancy

Our point of departure is the current situation of people, the organisation and the business. We start by defining clear and if possible quantitative goals. Next we plan a process to achieve these goals. Once the process has commenced we regularly monitor progress towards the goals and we keep going, with adjustments if necessary, until the goals are reached.
