Using professional methods, in our Executive Search service we map out the market in order to identify relevant candidates who we contact and screen discretely for the relevant job.
If the strategy so dictates, perhaps for reasons of confidentiality or competition, in some assignments we only use Executive Search (including searches in our extensive database). In other assignments Executive Search goes hand in hand with other recruitment channels (see the section on Recruitment), by which we can establish a field of candidates composed of people we have contacted as a result of a professional research process, and people we have attracted through advertising the position. This will give a uniquely, wide field of candidates.
An assignment may start as an Executive Search, either alone or in combination with the recruitment process. Or it may start as a recruitment process without Executive Search and later be extended to include Executive Search.
